Master’s Degree Program

The Master’s program in Horticultural Science and Engineering is designed to provide advanced theoretical knowledge and practical research skills in the fields of plant physiology, production, breeding, seed technology, biotechnology, and postharvest management of horticultural crops. The program offers specialized training in the following five areas:

Ornamental Plants

This specialization covers plants used for aesthetic enhancement, environmental beautification, and improvement of human well-being. It includes indoor plants such as cut flowers and potted plants, as well as outdoor ornamental plants including bedding plants, ornamental trees and shrubs, climbers, turfgrasses, and ground cover plants.
